Our pergolas are engineered with robust, high-quality aluminum components designed for long-term performance.

• Construction Material Our structures utilize roll-formed aluminum featuring an embossed wood grain finish, giving you the natural aesthetic of wood without the demanding maintenance.

• Posts The vertical supports are heavy-duty, extruded aluminum, measuring 3″ square. Freestanding units can be secured by direct burying the posts in concrete or by using optional heavy-duty surface mount brackets, especially for high wind areas.

• Header Beams The main support beams are large 3″ x 8″ aluminum components. You have a choice between single or double header beam options.

• Rafter Beams Rafters are large 2″ x 6.5″ aluminum beams that span the projection of the unit. The standard distance between rafters (rafter spacing) is a 22″ gap, which can be customized.

• Lattice Tubes These small 1.5″ square aluminum tubes span the width of the unit to create the primary source of shade. A standard 3″ gap between lattice tubes provides 50% shade, and this spacing can also be customized to provide more or less coverage.

• End Cuts The ends of the headers and rafters are routed with caps factory installed. You can choose from three available style options: Mitered, Deluxe, and Scallop cuts.
